For bone density measurement, our institute has a state-of-the-art high-end system of the latest generation (GE HealthCare Lunar iDXA). This device not only enables the precise diagnosis of osteoporosis and osteopenia, but also the supplementary analysis of bone microarchitecture using the Trabecular Bone Score (TBS). It also allows a detailed whole-body analysis of body composition including muscle, fat and bone. The examination is carried out with very low radiation exposure, high measurement accuracy and short scan times.
